Favorite thing: Snorkle or Dive, ask the council to take you across the Lagoon from Funafuti (Fun City) to the little islands on the far side. These are islands are barly touched by man, the fish are plentiful in the Lagoon and large. You can lose yourself with them.
Fondest memory: People, except when they get a little drunk (which they only do once a day). The share smallness of the place just makes you appricate the fact that you are there.

Favorite thing: The Pub, there is only one and that's all that was there when I was there en-route from Hawaii on a Naval vessel.
