Pacific Link fly from Suva (until George Speight put his hand up for git of the year) about 2 or 3 times a week. A little Brasila 30 seater takes about 2 hours 30 minutes to get to the islands. It's a fantastic decent as initially it looks like there is no where to land, just the Pacific.
Feet, walk around town, there are only about 6 kms of roads which are unsealed. Either that or hire a scooter as it can get a little hot during the middle of the day.
