If you can get away with it, just take a small suitcase. It's a pain lugging a big bag when dealing with ferries.
If you have swim shoes and snorkeling equipment, I would bring them. Renting or buying them in Anguilla is a pain and an added expense.
Just about everything can be bought, but if you like specific brands of things, you should bring them as they may only have generic stuff.
An underwater camera is a cool idea here. The water is soooo clear you would have some great shots.
Beach towel unless they're provided where you are staying Leave a Comment

Take everything you may need, as most items cannot be purchased in Anguilla. Even trunks and snorkels are not easy to find (though the hotels have them). But you can get most things on French or Dutch sides of St. Martin. Apart from any other consideration, importation to Anguılla is expensive bearing in mind the restricted air/sea trade routes; also, Anguilla has import dutıes. Things generally (except alcohol) will cost a lot more here than in the US or St. Martın (especially Dutch side), so just bring whatever you need. Leave a Comment

Some people that we talked to got motion sickness on the ferry to/from St Martin. Can't hurt to keep some motion sickness relief in your carry-on to take before getting on the ferry.
I like bringing a collaspable cooler to keep beer/water in - which was really helpful on some of the desolate beaches of Anguilla. Leave a Comment

One if you can get away with it. Keep in mind if you don't fly into Anguilla, you have to take the ferry and once again go through customs. The less you have to tote around the better.
I was there two weeks and other than going out to eat, I stayed in my swimsuit and shorts. Even the nights were never so cool you needed a jacket. (keep in mind I'm from Maine).
Film of course
You can get anything you might of forgot on the island. It may not be the same brand you are use to, but it will be the same thing.
