I found the best way is by taxi. It is quite reasonable. You can also rent cars or mopeds but driving there may give you a mild heart attack.

is depending from where you come from.For example traveling from Curaçao to Aruba is easy with plane but can also be done by boat.is better to hire a car.

By airplane. Once in Aruba, you can take hoppers to nearby islands. Most people don't recommend you visit Venezula even though it's so close. You may get shot.
