By airplane. Once in Aruba, you can take hoppers to nearby islands. Most people don't recommend you visit Venezula even though it's so close. You may get shot.
Rent a jeep. The roads on the east side of the island can be quite rough and unpaved.
Rent a Jeep or take mini-tours...just watch the vehicle you're traveling IN...without air it can get major cramped and stuffy.
By car or bus or taxi
get ther any way you can. But I suggest commercial airlinesRent a car, take the bus, or walk. Or do all three. Getting around is easy -- it's a tiny island
