Oistin Bay Gardens: Seafood galore!
Friday and Saturday nights are when this part of the island really gets partying. Oistin Bay Gardens is a collection of various stalls selling all sorts of seafood and Bajan dishes. You choose your stall or snack through a whole selection of stalls. All serve the freshest of seafood with the harbour right next door and boats landing their catches all evening.During the course of the evening there's even a selection of entertainment from karaoke to a DJ to live bands. Any of the seafood, which is wonderfully fresh, with a side order of 'Pie' - mmm mmmm mmmmm!!! Pie is a Bajan dish of macaroni cheese which is baked so that it is quite solid.This is a great place to try all sorts of different dishes - especially if you go as a group and each select different dishes.
