Upon leaving Barbados, you will be charged a departure tax of 25 Barbados Dollars per person (approx GBP £7.50 at December 2004 exchange rates).
This tax must be paid in LOCAL CURRENCY at the time of checking in for your flight.
Note: you will still have to pay the departure tax even if you are only undertaking a daytrip to a neighbouring island and returning to Barbados the same day.
