We had breakfast here one morning - fresh squeezed fruit juice and some johnny cakes.

Note: This is NOT a picture of my husband. It's Bruce Head whose wife wrote the review below.

Favorite Dish: They have all the usual egg-and-bacon basics including fried potatoes, but you'll also enjoy the burritos and huevos rancheros. Opens early, closed Tuesdays.

"Its just another day on Ambergris Caye, off the mainland in Belize. In Estel's kitchen, the onion rings, light as sea foam, are sizzling. Estel's niece, Zoby, scoots back and forth across the sand floor with trays of beer and food.
Ruby is baking in back of her cafe. Celi's bread pudding cools on the shaded counter of her snack bar...Airy onion rings, huge burritos, tasty tuna salad sandwiches, and dandy fresh batter-fried fish. Often closed at dinnertime."
