I have to admit that this was the only meal I had in Belize, so my viewpoint is slightly tainted, however I can honestly say it rated in my top ten travel restaurants over all. In the restaurant industry, people always say... location, location, location. This place has a monopoly on the cave tubing community, and rightfully so. Delicious BBQ plate, great banana bread, and rice/beans made this dinner wonderful. Topped off with freezing cold Belikin beer, and this was awesome!
