It's a hole-in-the-wall, and doesn't even look like much of a restaurant from outside, but has a huge order of chicken chow mein for cheap. Note that the prices on the wall may not be correct. For example, the wall says chicken chow mein costs BZ$6.50, but just plop down a BZ$5 and tell them you want chicken chow mein and they only charge you five bucks!
Favorite Dish: Chicken chow mein. It is a HUGE (and I mean HUGE) amount of chow mein (enough to feed for people) for BZ$5.00 ($2.50 USD). It has a bit of cabbage, carrots, onions, and a decent amount of chicken. If you ask for "sauces" you will get a small bag of soy sauce and a larger bag of a ketchup like sauce. Note that the noodles used aren't the best quality, but the chicken is good, and keep in mind it is very cheap.

Bright blue exterior, cheery green interior, and right on the seawall. We only got ice cream, but it was amazing ice cream. Order an amount of ice cream, then pick as many flavors as you want to pack into the container you chose.
Favorite Dish: Peanut butter and chocolate ice creams together.

Not much to say about Corozal. It's fairly small with the usual Belizean mixture of cheap Chinese food, taco stands, and small shops. Only one Mayan ruin, and not a big one at that.
