"Great place to relax"...well, the whole of Caye Caulker is really nothing but a relaxing experience! The locals will remind you to "slow down, baby" If they see you walking fast down the main "street" - which is really a sandy path. I got a kick out of this -- this is a very laid back place -- not fancy -- which is right up my alley! The Rainbow Bar is a nice place to grab a beer or two -- bite to eat -- and sit overlooking the water. I ate there a lot because they make a nice vegetable wrap.

Favorite Dish: Vegetable wrap...

Rainbow's and Popeye's are two other nice places.
Rainbow's has a deck over the water.
Popey's has chairs and hammocks to lounge in by the water.

Favorite Dish: Grilled conch at Rainbow's is wonderful.
I enjoyed some cold Cuba Libres in a hammock at Popeyes. They also make great fruit smoothies.
