Green-headed Vine Snake eating Mex. Tree Frog

Heading south from Belize City apx. 40 miles or so we stopped at Cheers Restaurant. It is open air with long tables on a covered patio. The patio features a nice display of orchids and carved totums. It's menu is mostly sandwiches but they were good. You look at into the garden as you eat. While we were eating, we heard a sort of scream. We rushed to the side and saw a Green Vine Snake who had caught and was eating a Mexican Tree Frog. Several of us took photos of him as he swallowed that frog.

Favorite Dish: I got a sandwich and fries. I think it was more the fact that I hadn't had a sandwich with fries for over a week that made it so good. The lodges we stayed at always had full meals which were good but sometimes you just lust for a sandwich and fries. They also had fresh lemonaid which was wonderful.
