Open air restaurant right near the beach of Great Harbor.
Favorite Dish: We were skeptical when we ordered sushi out in the middle of no where on this small island in the British Virgin Islands. Everyone in our party was blown away by the quality and volume of the sushi platter laid before us. We've eaten a lot of sushi, but this was most welcome in an unexpected place!
Make sure you call ahead more than 24 hours if you want the sushi. Vinny will take great care of you!

Typical beach restaurant, mostly seafood on the menu. Restuarant claims a Northern Italian style plus Texmex with a Caribbean flare. However, you can buy absinthe here by the shot ($10) or by the bottle ($125), pretty cool. Ask for Vinny to prepare your absinthe shot, he knows what he is doing.

Foxy's is the most popular watering hole and restaurant in the British Virgin Islands. It is owned by "Foxy and he is quite a character!! He entertains the guests with his light hearted songs and you just may find yourself the theme of his next song............Foxy's is a must see for any sisit to the BVI. The staff are the friendliest and you will become fast friends!
Favorite Dish: The Mahi is the best I have ever had. The mango salsa was to die for. I ate it 3 times when I was there. The signature drink is the Painkiller. This fruity "boat drink" is sure to please with the Dark Rum, Cream of Coconut, OJ and Pineapple juice! They also brew their own beer!
During the week you can usually just walk in for dinner, but on the weekends, boaters come from everywhere to dine at Foxy's then stay for the party following! Come early!!!

No trip to the BVI is complete without a visit to Foxy Callwoods little restaurant/pub on Jost Van Dyke. Foxy, very much a local celebrity, is a talented musician/songwriter. Seems that no matter...

Quaint Island for a quiet vacation

The first day we were there we needed to hike to Great Harbor to pick up our boat that we would use for transportation the rest of the week. The hike was a tough walk up some pretty steep hills for a...
