We took the ferry (New Horizon Ferry Service) from West End, Tortola to Jost Van Dyke. It cost $20/person roundtrip and took about 25 minutes each way.
We decided not to rent a car on this island because it was about a 1 mile walk to White Bay from the ferry dock. Since that was the main thing we wanted to see, we didn't think we needed to rent a car.
