Remember your weight limits on bagage - 50 pounds Domestic and 70 pounds International. Although I hear tell some of the Airlines are dropping the weight acceptable on International Flights to 50 pounds.
3 Pairs of shorts, 4 T-shirts, Sandals, and most importantly a couple of dress shirts to go with your dress shorts or for women a couple of sundresses. Resturants expect you to be dressed smart/casual. Sandals are acceptable as well as shorts, but please no T-shirts.
Only what you feel you must have. You can pick up almost anything here in the Cayman's, with the exception of your prescription medicine, so don't forget that.
Bring your digital or 35 mm for topside photo's and your underwater camera for diving or snorkling. Make sure you bring extra batteries for both unless you feel confident that your batteries are extremely common. Don't forget the battery charger!
Swimsuits!!! For you divers - bring all your gear, including your flashlight for night dives and most importantly bring your dive computer. Most dive shops allow you to dive your own profile with a pdc. For the snorkelers - fins, mask and snorkel should be your key, although you may want to obtain an underwater flashlight if you choose to do any night snorkeling.
A light jacket for the evenings during winter is also helpful. I'm glad I had mine after the sun went down.

Whatever you do, please do not travel to Grand Caymen with a large can of Lysol Disinfect Spray. Your luggage will be searched by hand as security is checking to see if you are smuggling their seashells, plants, fruit, etc. They ask that if you want to transport Lysol Disinfect Spray, please use the smaller size cans recommended for travel.
The cheapest water camera is $10 in Georgetown at the Atlantis Submarine store. All other shops in the area sell them for $15 so you might want to buy your own before you go home.

Don't forget to pack the Off along with plenty of sunscreen.
We packed our portable CD player with small portable speakers, placed them in a ziploc bag (to keep them dry) and took them to the beach with us. Leave a Comment

Flip flops, sneakers/tennis shoes, tank top, shorts, sunglasses, and bathing suit.
Sunscreen, aloe gel or solorcaine, bandaids
for the average tourist: disposable camera, water camera
for someone who takes photographs as a hobby you might want a tri pod? well it gets pretty windy on the beaches

Beach bag/and or a small duffel for day trips (snorkel & scuba excursions) to other locales.
All water wear: bikini, sarongs, flip flops, board shorts. Sunglasses, hat, suntan lotion
Daytime: casual but comfy walking shoes, you'll walk almost everywhere if you don't have a car
Evening: ladies-sundresses, capri pants and a cool top. bring those silver or gold shoes you have hiding in your closet so chic for dinner nightcap!
men-pants and linen tops, short sleeve button downs, nice slip on shoes
Normal stuff, however, local supermarkets are always near by as well as pharmacys-don't worry!
Tons of photo equipment and a charge on your digital camera.
Snorkeling and scuba equipment

Light and they check them by hand at the airport when you leave so get there in plenty of time!!

What you don't take you can get there......for a price...................
Cooler. The bar drinkd are expensive. Always go to the liquor store and make our own for the beach................
