This is a pretty cool place i recommend you check out...the bar is actually a grass hut about 50 yards from the ocean.....have something going on almost everynight but monday.....yoga classes during the day....volleyball court.....they have pretty cool shows at night too..fire dancing etc...drinks are reasonable...a beer is about 1 us and a rum and coke is about 1.50 us.....get feeling good then go look at the stars on the beach...you find a good amount of locals here too....
Dress Code: no dress code here just cover your jewels i guess...heck bring you dog and kids if you want i seen kids in there

Appearantly there is nightlife in Mal Pais, but not during summer, as hotels are maybe a quarter full, and most off them then aren't coming to party.
SO I am sorry but no usefull info on this tip from me.
