Favorite thing: Coming from the busy Havana soon we noticed two things: it was much hotter and the city was extremely quiet and "old".
Yes, the first impression was that we had done a jump in the colonial age, the coloured houses most of them with a small backyard and their rocking chairs that we soon learned to enjoy.The old cars parked on the streets and the mechanics working on them, the carts drawn by horses meant to be local busses.
