As you push your way through the crowd there heading towards the Park you may start getting an idea of communicating with your beloved VT website via internet - coming right up, about 3 blocks later turn right towards Hotel Union and internet place will be across the hotel. There are only 3 terminals, 1-2 broken or "temporarily out of service" so prepare to wait...

a stroll alnong Prado will take you to Boulevard (Ave 54); turn left towards the Park.
All of sudden there are crowds, shoppers, tourists and stores where you must buy in dollars - as a tourist you are expected to have plenty of those.
