A Prado y Neptuno, Havana

This was once one of the best pizzas in town but it has fallen off sharply. The main loss has come in the avalibility of Cheese. The cheese has disapeared because, name your reason in this unefficient, corupt system. With no Cheese, it is overpriced and not worth the time

This sleek and modern restaurant offers several Italian-esque entrees and appetizers at average prices. It's located along Prado across from Parque Central, and between the exterior and interior it has a very trendy vibe. Service was fairly prompt and the atmosphere is much more like Canadian restaurants than others we visited in Havana.

The menu includes pastas and meat dishes, but we went with the pizza which was excellent; one ham and mushroom, and one "three cheese with cream cheese sauce" which was delectable. The appetizer of shrimp cocktail was a little weird, with chewy shrimps and alfredo sauce instead of the spicy cocktail sauce we expected. Last but not least, the place has an extensive drink menu and a lounge attached, which occasionally hosts live music.

Favorite Dish: Three cheese pizza; it's creamy and light, and super tasty.

As a I love good italian food, this restaurant quickly became my favorite in Havana. It has a kind of retro look with very dark furniture and slightly lit. The service though a bit slow is very good and friendly. The menu is very varied with good price.

Favorite Dish: the seafood risotto (lobster, scampis...) is just fabulous !!!
