We stopped here after it started raining, initially trying to find a place with a patio and in our discouragement, decided to indulge in some salty and delicious Chinese comfort food. The menu contains several chow mein and chop suey options with a few different kinds of meat, each ranging from 5.00-9.00 CUC. Meat entrees like the sweet and sour or tin pan chicken were generously portioned and tasty, and the beef chow mein was also very good.
The atmosphere was laid-back, and despite the rain, we had good and tasty Chinese food!
Favorite Dish:
The spring rolls are sooo good for 4.00 CUC. Also, the chicken Tin Pan... deep fried with peanut sauce.
The best of this place is the atmosphere specially to take pictures of the city. The restaurant is located on top of the Focsa building.
Favorite Dish:
I haven't eaten in this restaurant but had a couple of drinks. Nice view of the city. International cuisine.
