Favorite thing: Its the countryside and a chance to relax that is the attraction of Vinales. The pace is slow, the countryside stunning, commercial development low.
Fondest memory: The fabulous scenery, the dramatic changes following a storm, the relaxation and the hotel Los Jazmines

Favorite thing: The Vinales valley is a tobacco growing region, but there are also plots of coffee, bananas, cassava, malanga, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, corn and the list could go on. These kinds of little huts are used for drying tobacco, but might be used for other purposes as well.
