Fortunatly during our excursion to Vinales we stopped in this restaurant to have lunch, this infact, had been the only time that we stayed in a restaurant during all our trip in Cuba.
We had nothing against restaurant but the food in the casa particulares was so good that we just did not need any restaurant.
Here we also had the chance to eat some creol dishes as in the casas we ate just fish and lobsters.

Cocktails! The best food in Vinales was here but to be honest that's not saying very much as there is a very limited choice (for obvious reasons). Fish, pork and chicken the usual offerings wherever you go - here at least the was a variance in presentation and it set in a lovely old building (or on the terrace). But if you sit on the terrace, watch out for the mozzies. Ordinary food at best. Nothing special. But keep in mind, you dont come to Cuba for gourmet delights and you have to get used to lack of variety in taste.
cheaper than casa particular food and just about the same everyday quality to food.
