Luggage and bags: Bring bags with zips to contain valubles e.g cameras, videos, ect..
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Make sure to carry sensible shoes as the roads are made of cobbles , if you wear heels you could go over on your ankle.
Bring a hat to protect your head and sunglasses.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bring sun screen as on a sunny day it can be very hot as walking around the Plaza it is very open to the sun, and paracetamol for headaches.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Any medications, especially antibiotics, were appreciated.
Miscellaneous: Before leaving Canada, we came across some Spanish translations of popular children's stories in a used book store. We brought the books to a school in Trinidad and the kids were extatic!
Alot of the kids will ask you for candy or money. It felt nice to be able to give them something that you know they can and will use.
