    Punta Cana Nightlife

We heard about this place Sins4Two but did not find much information in local ads nor with the locals, turns out that the place does not advertise much as it is quite exclusive, yet they accepted my reservations (that is another thing, they dont accept you unless you made a reservation). Price was reasonable as all consumption was included and...

Don't pay more than $15 for a 10 minute taxi ride with around 4 people. The club is PACKED every day of the week and has two levels. The first level plays mostly merengue with some hip...

If you speak moderately good Spanish (or in some cases just a little) a night including a small theater production in Santo Domingo will be both entertaining and economic. The nightclub at this resort was pretty cool. The music was hip-hop, trance, house, rasta. I danced all night long. The bartender was hilarous and made the night fun with rounds upon rounds of tequila. Oh the headache in the morning, thank goodness for the beach.

The locals love to dance! If you're living among the locals or in a small town or village, you won't need to go to a disco to party. Lots of times, the locals will go to some random spot in town where there is a cd player, and dance there. One time, we all went to a local bus stop/gas station, and did our dancing there. Many discotecs open early. Around El Malecon every hotel provides its own disco club.If you are not in the capital, there are still plenty of discotecs in provinces such as Santiago, La Vega, and Puerto Plata. For the most part, no jeans and sneakers are allowed into any dance clubs. Women should dress appropriately and no shorts allowed either.
