  • Parrot and horse show

The other 2 shows that you can see at the park are the parrot show and the horse show. The horse show is only done once a day at 1:15pm, but this one you can live without if you rather want to see the iguanas, flamingos and other animals in the park. The one you can't miss is the parrot show, at 12:45pm and 5:15pm, where they do a play pretty much...

Manatí Park offers dolphin and sea lion shows twice a day. The stars of this show do pirouettes, the usual hoop jumping and ball playing and also dance and even "sing" to some notes they're presented. And they look so adorable when they do so! The shows are at 11:15am and 4:15pm.

Bávaro Restaurants

  • overpriced

I'm sorry to say that the restaurants there are overpriced for what they're offering, so the best thing would probably be to see if the tour rep in your hotel has lunch included on their trips. With that said, the restaurants in the park are:- Flamingo Burger- Pizzería Iguana (pizza place)- Coco Carey Bar- Rancho Barbacoa (buffet restaurant, if my...

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

You have the opportunity of having your picture taken with a snake and a parrot (as of 2003) and you think, sure no problem. What they don't say is that the pictures are expensive, and they have this deal that if you buy a certain amount of pictures you get a slice of pizza (can't remember how many).

Fun Alternatives: Pose with the animals but have a friend take your picture at the same time as the photographer from Manatí Park.

I admit I got tourist trapped...
