Shows, Punta Cana

Nights at the resort might be animated, and suit all preferences. The options are:
. the bar, where you can listen to music and have some nice drinks
. the casino for those who like gambling or enjoy that kind of place; notice that in the case of the casino, the All Inclusive contemplates the entrance on the casino, only.
. the disco, to enjoy the music and dance till late night.

Dress Code: Men should avoid wearing shorts.

Go to see the show of Caribbean dancing. Dancers wear beautiful dresses. Especially women. So tourists (...men) can take an eyeful...
At the Barcelò Bàvaro, which is the biggest resort of Punta Cana, there is also a casino, if you want to try your luck.

Not only the entertainment of the hotel gave shows but also other people. This group is from Santa Domingo and they had a real good show about all the dances of the Dominican.

In the evenings there is also a market. Not every day but on thursdays and sundays.
You can buy lots of stuff (see my travelogue called SOUVENIRS). This guy was selling cigars. We bought 2 boxes. One for us and one for Michelle and Garry.

Also when you are waiting to go to diner they make sure you are amusud. This band is playing their songs in the lobby.
They come into the restaurant when you are having your diner. And when there is a birthday or something like that, they come over to your table.

We stayed at the hotel in the night. There is so much to see and do that you just can stay. The animation team is giving (most of the days) a good show with lots of dance and music.
Or you can walk to an other hotel of Rui (Palace, Taino, Melao or Naiboa) And see what they got to offer. In Riu Palace you can go to a casino. But the drinks are for free too, cause they are all all inclusive.

Dress Code: Riu Palace prefers more nice clothes then the others.
