What to pay: this guy was the only one who shouted out rates when you walked by that were better than on the board. honestly i was a lazy bum about it. i didn't check online rates everyday...and i didn't haggle about it with anyone. he was the easiest way to get the best rate. (everyone's sign, including his said 26 for US dollars, but he would announce 27 or 27.5 as i walked by. everyone else jusy gave me 26)
