You won't find the usual tourist traps here, in fact I don't think there are many!! Salvadoreans are very friendly people and since this place has been off the tourist maps for so long, they'll go out of their way to make sure the tourists are well treated.

One of the things I loved about this country and this city is that there are absolutely no tourist traps. I was sure that every time I paid for anything that it was a price locals pay as well.
