Favorite thing: Juayua is an usual Salvadorian weekend destination and, as well as the other villages of the Ruta de las Flores, changes its face during weekend days, shifting from a sleepy to a lively and crowded village. On that regard, if you are interested in a guided tour note that many travel agencies operate their tours to Ruta de las Flores during weekend days only. Whether you are more interested in the "sleepy" or the "lively" Juayua, you may want to consider this "face-change" in planning your trip.
