  • HI Guys,
    We are in Grenada right now and today took a ride on a powerboat who took us for a tour up the west coast, it was really fun and we had not seen anything about this trip as its really new and has only been running for a few weeks, sounds like they do a few different trips but we did the 1 hour tour, its a must do, we are all still buzzing about it, very cool boat and loads of really interesting information.

    The first step in the Rum making process is to get the cane to the distillery so it can be ground up by the water wheel. I'll let the guides describe the actual process, then fill in with my Pics in my Rum Travelogue.
    The tour costs EC$5 per person, and is well worth it.

    There are several steps involved in making the Rum syrup. The juice must be moved from vat to vat after being boiled and cooled.
