This is a small, but beautiful mall. Mostly clothing and jewelry. Prices are in Euros but they do take US $ as well. Everything from Italian shoes, jeans, lotions, etc.
One store had great deal on shoes that I really wish I took advantage of.

A great gallery featuring lots of local art. Specializes in mostly prints. Gallery owners are nice people and will take time to chat. If you want to bring back a nice memory of your time in the islands...this is a great stop.
What to buy: Buy a print that catches your eye. I found one that takes me back to how relaxed I feel when I'm on the island!
What to pay: Anywhere from $10 US dollars and up depending on what you want

Jewelry and electronics in Sint Maarten can be found at outstanding prices compared to what you can find in the U.S. Perfumes, colognes, and liquor are also bargain finds.
What to buy: Diamonds, gold, silver, and tanzanite are all great buys in Sint Maarten. Tanzanite is very rare and you can get great deals in only 2 spots in the Caribbean. Charlotte Amalie in St. Thomas is the other place to find good bargains.

If you're dying to buy some of the jewelry (tanzanite here is fabulous!) make sure you shop around before deciding. Many of the stores have lots of the same types of jewelry (and there are *lots* of them), and you may do better at a different shop. Keep track, and don't be afraid to bargain for a better price!
