The main wind is E-NE all the year.You can surf all the year round as in Guadeloupe. The west island, Basse Terre is breaking during the cyclone season with S-SE swells. The east island, Grande Terre, receives the Atlantic swells. The surf is more consistent here. The best season is the winter with an average of 4 to 6', sometines 10'.
