Volcano- freezing cold

When I viewed the volcano it really didn't even look like anything but a very green mountain. I'm sure the hike up the volcano would have been beautiful but we got up there too late in the evening and they recomment that you don't leave after 3:00pm because they say the hike takes about 3 hours and it gets dark quickly. Make sure to take a rain coat and warm clothes to the volcano. Even if down off the mountain it's very warm, when we got up to the volcano it was freezing and we were dressed in shorts and tank tops.

Avoid following town : Gosier, Sainte Anne and Saint François. It is only for stupid tourist. That's industry ! Only go to Sainte Anne for the Club Med's beach, very quiet, several coco and few people. Access via public road next the road to Club Med, park your car. On the beach, there is a passage on your right. That's it.
