The restaurant is covered but open-air so you will feel the humidity that is prevalent in the region. We had breakfast and dinner here and both were pretty good. The breakfast is a buffet with many options including cereals, baked goods, fruit, juices, frijoles, eggs cooked to order, pancakes, sausage, etc. I had a nice fish filet with rice for dinner. I guess I would describe the food as continental but with a local flavor. Again, it’s probably on the pricey side compared to the many local eateries in Flores and Santa Elena.
