If you are not a local resident, most likely you would be charged $5 Ht which is less than $1US for a ride on a motocycle to get anywhere in town. It is called mototaxi very common in that part of Haiti similar to those used in some provinces of the dominican Republic if you ever been there. It is very comvenient and affordable or you can hire a bike at Dumas square known as place Dumas in front of Saint Louis cathedral or take a hike because almost everything is at a walking distance.
