Not many people in the town own a vehicle. Our mission family borrowed this truck from their friend so they could take us on a trip to a nearby waterfall. We were crammed back there...and it is local custom to pick up other people along the road who need a ride. So along the way, random men would hop in the truck and then hop out when they needed.
There are also no gas stations...you buy gas in bottles and fill the tank that way (see second photo).

To get to Camasca you must catch a bus. These are not high tech Greyhounds, these are old school busses. And the drivers fly around blind corners on dirt roads on cliffs! I just closed my eyes.......
