As with any tourist supported town you will find the prices go up and down depending on the status of the curise ships. If the ship is in the prices are higher and if out they are lower.
Try to avoid Coxen Hole when the ship is in as the town gets very busy and you will not see the real Coxen Hole but a feeding frenze all looking for the tourist $
