Packing List

Pack as light as you can cause it is hot there! Shorts, tank tops, etc. I was able to fit everything in one carry one bag. Lots of sunscreen and lotion. I brought a digital camera & I got some great shots. I also purchased a throw away camera that took some great pictures. Film tend to be a bit expensive in the resorts and markets, so make sure you bring plenty from home.

Take an expandable bag. You will do some shopping. Clothes that fold easily and wrinkles fall out when hung. At least two bathing suits and wraps. Large straw hat will be a ggod addition. Always take antiseptic and bandaids, sunscreen/block, and something like pepto bismal, alka-saltzer and tums.

When leaving the resort area bring a long sleeve shirt or bracelets. This way the hustlers will not know that you are a foreigner.
