Lover's Leap is at the souteast end of Treasure Beach area. It is a cliff that is 1,000 feet above the sea. There is also a lighthouse there that is used fto spot or drug traffic .
There are several tours to this spot now that the restaurant has been completed.

Treasure beach is a real gem for travelers that are looking for something off the beaten path. You will find several miles of sand in this area and very few tourista. It is also a great area for hiking although there are no real tracks, only footpaths used by local fishermen.
The area is a prime birding location.

If you go to Treasure Beach, you should hire one of the locals to take you up the Black River. Any of the drivers are great, especially Ted, Peck, Dennis, Bernard, Cider and Alan...I'd trust any of these guys (plus I'm sure I'm leaving off quite a few names).

A beautiful place with beautiful scenery and a great swimming pool. You can also zip line over the falls super fun!

Great Bay is the furthest village on the eastern edge of Treasure Beach. Beyond Great Bay the coast is undeveloped for many miles.

We stopped to eat at Pelican Bar and it was truly the best seafood I've had in years! I highly recommend asking Floyd to cook you up some Brown-stewed fish while you're there.

Treasure Beach promised to be sleepy and relaxed, and it disappoint. Of course the sunsets were beautiful. We stayed at a small hotel called Mar Blue, run by a German couple.
