The Holiday Inn Sunspree offered many activities including non-motorized water sports such as paddle boats, snorkeling, kayaking and Hobie Cat Catamaran rides. Also offers tennis, volleyball, basketball and mini-golf.
Every morning there is water aerobic exercises in the pool area and also water volleyball games.
Hans went snorkeling (mask and snorkel provided free), near the little island. As there were some rocky areas around it, the area was teeming with colorful fish. Some brought bread with them and the fish went crazy for it.

If you go to Jamaica or the Caribbean you have to go sailing there , even if you have never sailed before.
Not the little dingies close to shore but a big boat , say 12 meters or greater, and far enough out to sea that you are in the big waves.
If your hotel/resort does not have the big boats you should be able to rent a skippered boat nearby. Go late in the day so that you can catch the sunset on the return voyage .

If you don't mind using other persons snorkeling gear you can see some great fish out by the dock.
There are no time limits on how long you can use their snorkeling gear like some resorts I have went to, but I would just bring your own if you have it.
They dip the mouth tubs in blue like water. Not sure what or how good they are cleaned. We used them and didn't have a problem.
Equipment: If you want to bring your own mouth piece and goggles, they have flippers, so no need to pack them.
But they also have goggles and a mouth piece for you to use if you didn't bring your own.
