The proprietors are a married couple, John & Marcia Punter, whose first restaurant on Montserrat was destroyed by the volcano.
The menu, which varies from day to day, is on a blackboard along with a long wine list.
Seating capacity is about 30 & you almost always need a reservation.
The butterfly shrimp are outstanding.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. (It is tied with The Round House, on Carriacou - the middle island of the 3-island Caribbean nation of Grenada, Carriacou & Petit Martinique.)
