There are no road signs & no sign on the restaurant which is in a large, white, rectangular tent alongside a grassy path off an unpaved road off a paved road off the island's perimeter road.The proprietors are a married couple, John & Marcia Punter, whose first restaurant on Montserrat was destroyed by the volcano.The menu, which varies from day to day, is on a blackboard along with a long wine list.Seating capacity is about 30 & you almost always need a reservation.The butterfly shrimp are outstanding. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. (It is tied with The Round House, on Carriacou - the middle island of the 3-island Caribbean nation of Grenada, Carriacou & Petit Martinique.) 1)grilled marinated lamb (preceeded by an appetizer of butterfly shrimp); 2) jerk pork (preceeded by an appetizer of butterfly shrimp) - each meal accompanied by a bottle of cold Carib Beer
