The park has a little stand where you can eat quesillo and drink cacao, or you can watch a service at the cathedral or park yourself on a bench or the steps and watch people go by. Children came up to us and just wanted us to take their picture and told us about their little town.
I find Latin American cemeteries interesting, beautiful and creepy at the same time. But it is interesting to wander through the cemetery to see the names of the people, who they are buried with, when they lived and died and what their relatives say about them.
Service here is slow but you can get a good portion of typical Nicaraguan food and be reasonably sure you won't get sick! There is fish fillets, grilled meats, typical Nicaraguan delights, burgers, fish n' chips, chicken, soups, salads, gallo pinto for breakfast, cacao etc.
