Almirante Travel Guide

The best way to get there is overland. You can take a bus from Costa Rica's Coarribean coastal road or from David, Panama. Either way, once you get there, take a boat towards Bocas del Torro to see the photogenical houses I was telling you about.

Favorite thing: On route to Bocas del Torro, you pass through the town of Almirante. The houses near the coast are quite photogenical... I've taken some of my best pictures in that town. Take a look at my travelogue!
