The food was delicious and very low priced.
However i would recommend eating there around noon as that is when the selection is really at its best..
Ropa Vieja means old clothing in Spanish so one has to appreciate their sense of humour. It also means stir-fried of thin lean strips of beef usually served with stir-fried vegatables and sometimes served with a hot sauce.
Another dish in Panama city had a description as "levarse los muertos" which meant it was spicy enough to raise the dead.
