La Fogata: Lovely Setting for your Evening Meal
We ended up at La Fogata after being kicked out of the fancy resort - twice. Turns out they're not interested in your money if you're not a guest.Anyway, things happen for a reason, and eating a La Fogata was a much better experience than some busy resort.La Fogata, which is Spanish for "Bonfire" is run by a very nice couple. The food is Panamanian with a Caribbean flair. And while the food was good, the warm, welcoming atmosphere made our dining experience special. Most of the seating is outside, and we sat at a table with its own hut/umbrella.
