Lechonera Los Pinos: The Best Roast Pig!
A great restaurant if you want roast pig and other Puerto Rican delicacies. Losa Pinos is located in the mountains in the Guavate sector of Cayey, PR. It is a large open type restaurant where you walk up, grab a tray, and order cafeteria style. Along with the roast pig enjoy some guineitos(boiled green bananas), batata(type of sweet potato), and other great food. The roast pig of course! I enjoy the "Morcilla" which is a Puerto Rican blood sausage. It's an acquired taste.
