After you've arrived at San Juan, P.R. international airport, you can fly to Ponce thru American Eagle, a branch of American Airlines or just sipmly rent a car and take the highway (Road #2) all the way to Ponce.
Takes 1 1/2 hours.
All the streets are interconnected. Very easy.

Best way to get to Ponce is by car. Ponce is located on the south part of the island. About a 2 hour drive from San Juan.(taking Route 2 all the way) You can drive around Ponce. You can park your car in the center of town called 'El Pueblo', and walk around.
