most places out of san juan don't have stop sign or stop lights,so u are suppose to stop and let cars in, as a courtesy. if u don't horns will be sounding at u. also they are good at running stops signs if there are any. so watch. most places don't have street signs. so u will get lost. locals are very friendly tho. they will help u. puerto ricos are very nice people and friendly. if they don't speak english usually will find someone who does.

This is old light house in RIncon. Great place to take pictures, go surfing and also see El Desecheo. That is a smaller key about 10 miles offshore from the coast.
