You must first fly to some larger island, like St Kitts or San Juan, then fly from there to Nevis.American Eagle is now serving Nevis from their San Juan hub. That is probably the best bet if you are coming from the US.We took a small commuter plane from St Kitts but it seems to be out of business at this time.

We prefer having our own wheels when we are on island. There are several car rental agencies in Charlestown. Several of the hotels can also arrange for a car to be brought to you.To be able to drive a Nevis car rental, a temporary permit is necessary that may be purchased through Nevis car rental agencies (around $8). Driving is on the left.
